Acceptable Use Policy

1. License You Receive

When you purchase a JCRS Solutions Corp product (ebook, course, workshop, mini-course, mentorship session, or any digital good), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and view the content for your own personal or single-business use.
• Apply the strategies, frameworks, and templates inside your own business operations.
• Modify or customize the templates and worksheets for your own internal use.
• Download and store copies on devices you personally own — solely for offline reference.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share any JCRS Solutions Corp content with anyone outside your immediate household or single-operator business.
• Upload, post, or share course videos, ebooks, or templates on file-sharing sites, Telegram channels, Discord servers, Google Drive folders, torrent networks, or any platform accessible to third parties.
• Modify, white-label, or rebrand JCRS content as your own.
• Use our trademarks, logos, name, or brand assets without prior written permission.
• Create competing courses or products that are substantially derived from JCRS materials (frameworks, language, templates, structure).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source assets, video files, or password-protected content.
• Share login credentials or platform access with another person.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to download our content in bulk.

3. Lawful Use

You agree to use JCRS Solutions Corp materials and the website itself in compliance with all applicable laws — including U.S. federal law, the laws of the state of Florida, and the laws of the country where you reside or operate. Specifically, you may not:

• Use the materials to engage in fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Use the materials to harass, defame, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
• Use the materials to generate spam, deceptive marketing, or content that violates the FTC, CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or LGPD.
• Use the materials in connection with adult content, gambling, weapons, controlled substances, or any business prohibited by Stripe's Restricted Businesses list.
• Misrepresent yourself, your company, or your relationship to JCRS Solutions Corp.

4. Community & Communication Conduct

If you participate in any JCRS Solutions Corp community channel — Discord, private forum, customer email list, or live workshop — you agree to:

• Treat fellow members and JCRS staff with respect.
• Not post or share confidential information of other members or third parties.
• Not promote competing products, MLM schemes, or unrelated commercial offers.
• Not impersonate JCRS staff, the Director, or other members.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@jcrsbusiness.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in any combination of the following, at JCRS Solutions Corp's sole discretion:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your access — without refund.
• Forfeiture of any community membership, course access, or future-purchase eligibility.
• DMCA takedown notices to platforms hosting the infringing material.
• Legal action — including damages, attorneys' fees, and injunctive relief — for willful violations.
• Reporting to relevant authorities (FBI, FTC, foreign equivalents) for criminal violations.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy — including unauthorized resale or distribution of our content — please report it to support@jcrsbusiness.com with the subject line "AUP Violation Report".

8. Changes to This Policy

JCRS Solutions Corp reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. The "Effective Date" reflects the latest revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
